What is Quidco ClickSnap?
Quidco ClickSnap is our supermarket cashback app that offers cashback on a range of supermarket essentials, including all your favourite brands and staple products.
How does it work?
Using the app is simple as 1,2,3:
- Download the app for free and sign into your Quidco account or sign up for a free Quidco account if you haven't already joined us
- Browse the offers and head to your nearest participating supermarket and purchase the items as normal. Don't forget to get a receipt!
- Once you get home, upload a photo of your receipt on the app and the cashback will be added to your Quidco account - amazing!

What supermarkets does the app work with?
You can claim cashback in most major supermarkets, including Asda, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco, and Morrisons.
Some offers are also available for local, convenience stores such as Londis and stores like Iceland too.

What products can I get on the app?
You can get a great variety of food and drink offers on the app, including products such as:
- Milk
- Yoghurts
- Children’s snacks
- Energy drinks
- Cereal
- Protein bars & snacks
Plus loads more! These offers range from 50% off, to deals such as try for 50p. You can also claim some deals more than once on the app, so it's worth stocking up if you can while the offers are still running!
Can I get free stuff on Quidco Clicksnap?
Yes! Every now and again, there are freebies available on the app. This is where you can receive 100% of your cashback back on certain products you pick up in the supermarket.
You can also 'deal stack' with in-store promotions. So if a product is on offer for £1 for example, and you have a £1-off cashback deal on the same product on the Quidco ClickSnap app, you will get it for free!

When do I upload my receipt?
As a general rule of thumb, we would recommend uploading your receipts as soon as you get home. However, you have up to seven days from the time you purchase your items to upload your receipts to claim your cashback.
Can I get cashback on products I purchase with my online supermarket order?
Yes! Some items are eligible for cashback rewards when you purchase them online. Just make sure you check before and upload your online order confirmation featuring the items to claim your cashback.

How long does it take to receive my money back?
Your cashback from Quidco ClickSnap purchases should appear in your Quidco account for you to withdraw within seven days.
